Industrial building on Strother Air Field to sell in sealed bid auction May 24

WICHITA, Kan. (April 28, 2011) -- An industrial building and hangar adjacent to Strother Air Field in Strother Field Industrial Park is being sold in a sealed-bid auction that will culminate Tuesday, May 24. Hagen Realty Group is marketing the property and conducting the auction in conjunction with Theurer Auction & Realty.

The 12,660-square-foot building on 1.41 acres is ready for occupancy and is in a prime location for a variety of businesses, according to Kim Hagen, president of the auction company.

“This is an excellent opportunity to locate a company in a booming industrial park that includes access to Strother Air Field, which means your associates or clients can fly in and taxi directly to your place of business,” said Hagen.

The building is located near Interstate 35, midway between Winfield and Arkansas City, 30 minutes from  Wichita.

The Class B Hangar Building has 2,880 square feet of office space and 9,780 square feet of hangar space, with a 100' x 80' x 27' paint booth. The office space includes a reception area, two private offices, two bathrooms with showers, mechanical room, and storage area.
