Florida farmland sells for $15.95 million in Murray Wise Associates auction

INDIANTOWN, Fla. (Feb. 27, 2014) – Approximately 2,620 acres of Martin County, Fla., agricultural land – most of it formerly used for citrus groves – sold for $15.95 million Thursday in an auction managed by Murray Wise Associates LLC in cooperation with Crosby & Associates, Inc.

Horse Heaven Hills Appellation land to sell in Musser Bros. auction

ALDERDALE, Wash. (Feb. 24, 2014) – Approximately 694 acres of productive land in Washington State's highly regarded Horse Heaven Hills Appellation will sell at auction Friday, April 4, with Musser Bros. Auctions and Real Estate conducting the auction.

The land – approximately 335 acres of which is planted to various wine grapes – will be offered in four parcels, according to Scott Musser, of the auction company.

Bidders pay more than $7 million for real estate in three-state series of auctions

Indiana farmland sells for $9,450 per acre

 KENTLAND, Ind. (Feb. 20, 2014) – Tuesday's auction of approximately 637 acres of farmland in Indiana's Newton County farmland drew a capacity crowd of well over 100 and resulted in a sale of $6.02 million, or $9,450 per acre.

The auction, conducted by Schrader Real Estate and Auction Company, attracted 40 registered bidders.
