MARTINSBURG, W.Va. (Oct. 10, 2013) – For eight generations, the estate known today as Spring Hill Farm served as home to a single family, 34 of whom were born in the Spring Hill House. Originally deeded to the Harlan family by Lord Fairfax in 1760, it served the family until the 21st Century.

Now, the property is set to sell at auction on Wednesday, Nov. 6, with Woltz & Associates marketing the property and managing the sale.
