Annual Sugarland Auction expected to be biggest ever

CLEWISTON, Fla. More than 600 acres of productive Indiana farmland to sell in February Schrader auction

KENTLAND, Ind. (Jan. 21, 2014) -- Approximately 637 acres of highly productive Newton County farmland will be offered at auction Tuesday, Feb. 18, with Schrader Real Estate and Auction Company conducting the auction.
 
“This land is virtually all tillable, with excellent soils. The majority of the land -- approximately 517 acres -- is located along 600 South. This includes tracts of 219 acres and 292 acres that yielded 204 bushels per acre in 2013. These are tiled with a good drainage outlet,” said R.D. Schrader, president of the auction company.

Putnam County, Ind., farmland auction draws capacity crowd, resulting in $7 million sale

Downtown Pulaski's CNB Center to sell in Jan. 31 auction

PULASKI, Va. (Dec. 26, 2013) – The downtown Pulaski building that currently serves as home to the Pulaski County School Board will sell at auction Friday, Jan. 31, with Woltz & Associates managing the sale.CNB Center

The 19,000-square-foot CNB Center at the corner of Main Street & Washington Avenue will sell to the highest bidder over a published minimum bid of $280,000, according to Jim Woltz, president of the auction company.

Three days of John Dixon auctions bring in $2.67 million

ATLANTA, Ga. (Dec. 16, 2013) – In its final three 2013 real estate auctions last week, John Dixon and Associates sold approximately 130 properties for a total of $2.67 million.

Crawford County, Ill., farmland sells for $8.2 million

ROBINSON, Ill. (Dec. 13, 2013) – Approximately 1,550 acres of Crawford County land – most of it contiguous cropland – sold for $8.2 million Thursday as bidders seeking smaller individual tracts outlasted those investors seeking to buy most of the land, according to Murray Wise Associates, who managed the sale.

Red Mountain AVA land sells for $8.7 million after hours of intense bidding in Musser Bros. auction

PASCO, Washington (Nov. 26, 2013) – Prominent winemakers and growers competed vigorously for hours for parts of the Red Mountain American Viticultural Area (AVA) Saturday, but ultimately it was a single buyer from Canada who purchased all 670 acres for $8.7 million in a Musser Bros. Auction.
