Barrett-Jackson fame translates into better service for Assiter Auctioneers sellers

AMARILLO, Texas (Oct. 3, 2013) – To someone watching on TV while Spanky Assiter sells a Mustang for $500,000, the glamor of a Barrett-Jackson auction in Las Vegas may seem far removed from the day-to-day work of selling land and bulldozers back home in Amarillo. With Assiter Auctioneers serving as the official auctioneer for Barrett-Jackson, Assiter has become a household name to car collectors and fans throughout the country.

Or Revolutionary War Colonel John Bowyer recounting battles. Or Gen. E.F. “Bull” Paxton getting his orders to command a brigade at Chancellorsville, where he fell in battle.
